Alot is always remembered about a person when he dies. There are lots of memories in the minds of the people even if they are mourning. However, for the former Ugandan President, Godfrey Lukonga Binaisa he broke the record for being the first former President to marry the second time. In what seemed dramatic to the onlookers yet it was real to the parties involved, Binaisa at the age of 84 married Japanese Yamamoto in July 2004 and she divorced in July 2005.
