NEW VIRUS HITS UGANDA

If you are able to make discoveries always, count your self lucky. For this matter, scientist or artist, it is a serious virus. Whether you want it or not, you will be a victim. The only thing we can do is get as quick help as possible before the number of victims gets even to the worst point. Of course i know you want statistics, but just wait a moment.

Am droping invitation letters for distinguished participnts at a public dialogue to discuss the Impact of the Interception of Communications Bill on the media. That means am moving from place to place. Basically, i have 200 letters to deliver personally within a time limit. That's not the point. 80% of the tallest buildings in Kampala harbour this virus including some of the newest ones. Alright, here is the checklist of those likely to be affected by the virus. Top Managers who discuss serious business in or near affected areas, all employees in such tall buildings, their business partners, relatives, families and friends plus all those who visit any of the buildings for any thing whatsoever. The virus is called elevator pneumoencephalitis virus. Call it whatever you want but i think you are close to what i mean. Its unbelievable how faulty elevators in these buildings are. I got stuck in the miserable things(elevators) for hours while dropping those letters. Kampala, what is wrong with you? Even buildings that are not yet 5 years in operation since they were built are not any different. For my letters, i went to Uganda House, Crane Chambers, Workers House and IPS building. Should we say the quality of all elevators used in Uganda is questionable? Okay, after being used over years, should we say it is the maintenace which is poor? Could it be that the users are the ones who are technological illiterates? What is really wrong with our elevators? Can't some one come up with measures to make one immune to this virus?
